The Keen Development Process

  • 1 - Identify

    Keen Property Group’s acquisitions team first identifies the opportunity that fits its business model. Keen utilizes their own techniques to source each deal, in addition to their growing list of real estate partners.

  • 2 - Design & Permits

    Keen will retain the necessary professional services (contractors, architects, engineers, attorneys, etc.) to design the project & acquire all zoning + building permits needed.

  • 3 - Financing

    Keen will finance the project through partnerships with its private investors & institutional lenders. Equity splits differ on a project by project basis.

  • 4 - Construction

    Keen will manage all aspects of the construction process with the help of their team.

  • 5 - Sale

    Keen’s in-house Realtors will work to sell or rent the project. The returns to each investor will be dispersed based on the specific structure of that deal.

  • 6 - Repeat

    Do it all over again!
